American Jukebox!A live 6-piece band rocks the house in 50’s, Motown, Disco, Country and
Blues styles, as a cast of 6 incredible singer/dancers make the enormous center-stage jukebox
come alive with lights and sound! Featuring mega-hit songs like “Whole Lotta Shakin’,”
“Respect,” “Soulman,” and “Boogie Wonderland,” American Jukebox is a vigorous trip down

Pavlo and Four MusiciansThursday October 16, 2008 - 7:30pmPavlo is a composer, a musician, a guitarist and a recording artist. He composes in a style of music best described as “Mediterranean music”. A music that combines influences of Flamenco, Latin, Classical and Mediterranean guitar mixed together with the Greek Bouzouki.
“It was a natural progression to compose music that combined my childhood studies of
Flamenco/Latin Guitar with my love for Greek music and European music in general.”
Pavlo has Four albums, the first, self-titled “Pavlo”, the second, “Fantasia” the
third, “I Feel Love Again” and the fourth "Frostbite" Music for the Holidays.
“Fantasia” was nominated for “Best Instrumental Album of the Year” at the 2000
Juno Awards in Canada (Canada’s equivalent to the Grammy’s), and in 2004 Pavlo
won the category for " World Artist of the Year" at the Canadian Independent Music Awards.
“Pavlo” and “Fantasia” have received Gold certifications in Canada by the Canadian
Recording Industry Association

Barbershop HarmonyTuesday, January 27, 2009 - 7:30pmEnjoy and evening of a cappella music in the barbershop harmony style. You will hear
a mixture of exciting songs form the 1930's to the 1990's including pops, Broadway, classic
and jazz. Featured are the award-winning Chorus of the Chesapeake
from Dundalk, MD, and the Harbor City Music Company
from Elkridge, MD. Two nationally ranked quartets will also perform,
The Ringers the 2007
International Semi finalists, and
The Capri the 2008 5th place Sweet Adeline international
medallists.

Brian Ganz - pianistWednesday, February 18, 2009 - 7:30pmBrian Ganz is widely regarded as one of the leading pianists of his generation. Mr.. Ganz was winner of one of two First Grand Prizes awarded in the 1989 Marguerite
Long Jacques Thibaud International Piano Competition in Paris, where he was also
awarded special prizes for the best recital round of the competition and best
performance of the required work. That same year he won a Beethoven Fellowship
awarded by the American Pianists Association, and in 1991 he was a silver medallist
with third prize in the Queen Elisabeth of Belgium International Piano Competition
Mr.. Ganz has appeared as soloist with such orchestras as the St. Louis Symphony, the National Symphony, the Baltimore Symphony, the Buffalo Philharmonic, and L'Orchestre Philharmonic de Monte Carlo. He has performed in such halls as the Kennedy Center Concert Hall, Salle Pleyel in Paris, Le Palais de Beaux-Arts in Brussels, De Doelen in Rotterdam, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, L'Arena Theater in Verona and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. In 2001 he made debuts in Korea with the Daejeon Philharmonic and in Switzerland with the St. Petersburg Philharmonic (of Russia). |

Annapolis Symphony OrchestraSunday March 29, 2009 - 3pmWith 46 years of artistic excellence, the Annapolis Symphony
Orchestra is recognized as the largest and most distinguished
performing arts organization in Maryland’s capital city, currently under
the artistic leadership of Music Director José-Luis Novo.
Mr.. Novo will lead the Orchestra in a personal, musical portrait of his homeland.
"Music of Spain" will feature the internationally acclaimed guitarist Jason Vieaux, performing
Rodrigo's vibrant Concierto de Aranjuez and the Orchestra playing the dramatic complete ballet score of
The Three Cornered Hat by Manuel de Falla plus other musical gems.

The Music of Benny Goodman OrchestraFriday May 1, 2009 - 7:30pmSit back, close your eyes, and you will be transported back to the famous Carnegie Hall concert originally performed by Benny Good man, his Orchestra and Quartet on January 16 1938. You will believe you are really listening to Benny Goodman, Gene Krupa, Harry James and the
rest of the band. Performing will be the 15 piece Brooks Tegler Orchestra featuring
Joe Midiri on clarinet. John Tegler, broadcaster, writer and the show's producer,
will narrate the program telling us the story of this world famous concert.
